Campaign Date 5/07/1264
This adventure was merely an extended road trip to get to Opar. Research into the wanted poster showed that the poster
had been printed in Opar and the smith family wanted to track it down.
The first order of business was to figure out a travel method. A ship was voted down right away. A stage ride seemed to
be the prefered method of travel, but original pricing proved this to be prohibitively expensive. The ongoing war with the
Visian has made travel through some regions worth hazard pay. However, not to be thwarted by this financial blockade, the
Smiths came up with a plan.
They would finance their plan by finding a merchant who needed to travel to Opar and serve as his guard. He would pay
for the coach, and horses.
There were a couple of weak attacks made upon the family and were easily fended off. Then there was a planned out, well
coordinated attack made by a party of elves. It was a close call, but the Smiths beat them too.
After this final attack, the Smiths made it too Opar with only some token resistance
